1 mth ago, i finished a course of antibiotics for a kidney infection. in the last 2 wks flank pain & nausea returned thats gets worse one day and another day feels better. also dizzy when standing but no fever does this sound like an infection?

If kidney infection (pyelonephritis) recurs, the symptoms will be persistent, not wax and wane, and fever is usually present along with flank pain. If you have any doubt, have your urine tested.
