Maybe... but : Kidney stones usually cause more severe pain, closer to 7to 10/10. The nausea, low back pain could go with kidney stone, but possibly a kidney infection as well. Possibly appendicitis. Keep a close eye on your symptoms. Fever should prompt you to see a doctor.
