Is the brain mri finding flow voids of intracranial portion of ica, basilar artery and superior sagittal sinus appear maintained with no evidence of thrombus normal? can it miss something because i have unexplained neurological symptoms still?

You do not mention your symptoms or why MRI was ordered, and the brief description does not convey findings of concern. Many times imaging is normal in spite of problems (e.g., migraine headaches).
