I got diagnosed with adhd and depression and currently on methylphenidate and prozac, i have taken prozac for 5 months and methylphenidate for 2 weeks. and after i have a really low sex drive and i can't maintain an erection? is it caused by it?

Would think that medication adverse effects are responsible for your sexual changes. Not unusual, but also hard to say this will improve over time if medication is continued, as you may not adapt. Best to discuss this with your doctor ASAP, and make decisions about changing medication or doses of current drugs.
