Is blurred vision a common new side effect for lexapro or buspirone?

I would not attribute blurred vision to the taking of either of these two medications. You should be seen by an ophthalmologist to determine the cause of your blurred vision. Of course you'll mention to him/her if you're taking or took these medications.

Both drugs have potential for anti-cholinergic effects, and mild visual blurring could occur as doses are raised, but usually would expect accommodation over time. However, just to be safe, have an eye exam, as the blurring could instead represent a primary eye problem such as refractive issues.
