Would recommend testing given circumstances as the risk of missing the early window treatment is too high. Would add that the whole STD panel should be used and postexposure prophylaxis should be considered as well.

Agree with Dr. P. See your doctor for prophylactic treatment. Do follow-up tests, as advised by your doctor to rule out syphilis and other STDS.
