Your statement is not clear at the end, what is 12stone? If your BMI is above 30, those symptoms may imply a mouth breather and possible obstructive sleep apnea, especially you are sleepy during the day time. However, dry throat and lip along with hoarse voice could be due to low volume (dehydration).
