How long after being exposed to flashing lights would it cause someone to have a seizure? about 30 minutes after taking professional indoor pictures with flashing lights , my son woke up from a nap possibly having a seizure or sleep disturbance?

Typically, flashing bright lights, in a consistent frequency, photic sequences, will provoke seizure activity in vulnerable folks almost immediately, but usually within several seconds or 1-2 minutes, at most. A delay of 30 minutes suggests a different trigger.
