I heard that jerk before sleep is normal and not seizure. but i have jerk before falling asleep and my eeg is abnormal. how could it be?

Not always abnormal: I have seen plenty of EEG reports that are "abnormal" that are not seizure findings. I would ask the reviewing neurologist what exactly these "abnormalities" mean.
