Rabies: Rabies is not transmitted from a raccoon through blood, urine, feces or touching it. It is transmitted by saliva - if an infected raccoon bites you or licks its claw and scratches you. There are rare situations in which if you drink from water shortly after a rabid raccoon you could become infected per CDC. Rabies dies quickly when not in the body. Theoretically, if it's saliva went in your mouth.
