Seek an appointment with your primary care physician for panic attacks and consider asking for a sleep study for Sleep Disordered Breathing. An Airway Dentist or Orthodontist may be able to help you. Consider reading The Oxygen Advantage by Patrick McKeown. Try to breathe shallow breaths through your nose with your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Take care!
