OTC meds, lifestyle: You did a good job of identifying two possible causes of your headaches, so the most important thing is to make additional there. While any kind of over the counter pain relievers may reduce headache, they’re all associated with side effects and may just put the equivalent of a Band-Aide over a problem without effectively treating its root cause.
