Yes, unfortunately among the most common chronic conditions encountered today, result of an imbalanced lifestyle and poor dietary options. Lifestyle changes, in the long run along with meds as prescribed and for as long as needed would help preventing complications.

You can live with these, but it you do not address these and get treated, these disorders will shorten your lifespan. Both disorders are treatable with a combination of diet, exercise and medications. Wish you good health!

Both High BP and Diabetes is a " time bomb" and if untreated the risk of heart attack, stoke , blindness, kidney failure is very likley to occur. As my colleges mentioned - healhty life style plus medication and medical guidance is a key.
