Is there any formulation available as the combination of probenecid with penicillin(i mean probenecid penicillin given via im route?

There is no such combination, since penicillin is by injection and probenecid is oral. This combination once was recommended for gonorrhea, but those guidelines are more than 25 years old, and would often fail to cure gonorrhea, especially in developing countries like India.
