A member asked:

I was reviewing my old labs and noticed my monocyte numbers staying elevated. 8-30-21 17.3%, 9-21-21 17.8%, 1-25-22 23%. my doc never mentioned it. should i keep an eye on this?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it is not indicative of any disease, especially since the numbers have stayed stable. Wish you good health!
