No, not at all. If anything, it's the other way around: there are far more bacteria in the mouth than the genital area.

Bacteria are present everywhere including the mouth normally. If the object of sex (vagina or penis is unclean then the bacteria on them can get in the mouth. Whether that cause any illness depends on the kind of bacteria and the immune system of the person who's mouth it is

The mouth contains hundreds of different types of bacteria. Oral sex can contain the HIV and HPV virus in the sperm. Worry about that then the bacteria.
