How to treat dysfunction of hpa axis? mri pituitary normal, short synathcen test normal, pelvic ultrasound normal. docs think previous low weight/current inflammatory disease may be cause. estradiol, progesterone low, t4 and testosterone low normal?

If your pituitary MRI was normal, get a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist for evaluation of estrogen/progesterone levels, as such may just be drawn at a point in your cycle where values are in fact lower (post ovulatory or the first day or two of your menstruation).
