Glandular dysfunctio: Many people have adrenal fatigue which will lower cortisol levels and associated stress will mess up sleep or melatonin. Ovarian dysfunction is also common at earlier age due to poor diets and chemical toxicity even as early as prenatal. Iodine deficiency may be contributing to same. See a dr at acam.Org.

Your Known Diagnoses: In reading this the first question that comes to mind is how was a low cortisol and adrenal insufficiency dx'd and if it is there why is it not being treated! This is a serious condition! PCOS can explain most of your labs, as could hyperprolactinemia or congenital adrenal hyperplasia which need to be checked for to dx PCOS. Also, undertreatment of your thyroid could be the issue. Get a good endo!
