So you are a diebetic. This is a good question, because drug effectiveness is based on the blood titre, and this drug is removed in the kidney and through the gut. I will not make any difference if you take three 100s or one 300 at the same time. But there may be an advantage in taking the 100mg tab six hours apart to keep the blood level higher overall. Ask your doctor what they recommend.
