There has never been a proved case of infection "hiding" from the antigen-antibody (AgAb, "4th generation") HIV blood tests. These tests ALWAYS detect EVERY infection when done at least 45 days after exposure. Limit your online searching to professional or professionally moderated sources (e.g. public health or academic institutions), avoiding those run by and for infected or at risk persons.
