Sometimes as im about to fall asleep, or after ive woken up, my lips, tongue &sometimes the roof of my mouth will be tingling/numb,like theyve fallen asleep. it isnt accompanied by other symptoms. what could this be? i had covid before it started?

Covid-19 documented with PCR test will cause symptoms as described in some individuals. It is not known exactly how long "taste and smell" nerves will be affected, but "long term" effects are reported for months after the active viral condition has elapsed.
