A member asked:

Could i get hepatitis b/c from eating food, drinks in restaurants? masturbation? hair salons? so far my understanding is that we could get hepatitis b/c from sexual contact with someone else, sharing personal hygiene equipments, tattoo places?

Get vaccinated for Hep B. Hep C is not that contagious and you are unlikely to get it from the activities you mentioned. Keep in mind that Hep C is treatable and curable.

HEP-B-C is a virus that is blood bourn from needles, unclean instruments, tattoos and unprotected sex. HEP-A is from tainted food. HEP-B-C causes liver damage, so be careful where and what you eat and have protected sex.
