Your current behavior is more consistent with BDD than OCD or perfectionism. You should revisit your psychiatrist or psychologist and focus on the treatment, mainly with CBT method.

If you haven't seen a mental health professional for accurate diagnosis and appropriate therapy, do so. Dwelling on your body image hours daily will lead to other difficulties & health issues eventually. If you have BDD, which is notoriously difficult to cure, I think you can be helped greatly because of your insight into your problem.

First, I would get a physical exam by a physician to rule out any medical issues with your body. If that checks out ok I would find a Christian psychiatrist and try to learn not to be so focused on yourself. Learn to care about and serve others.
