BDD: Body dysmorphic disorder (bdd) is a type of mental illness, a somatoform disorder, wherein the affected person is concerned with body image, manifested as excessive concern about and preoccupation with a perceived defect of their physical features. A psychiatrist would be the best provider to diagnose this condition, but an internest or family physician could as well.

Behavioral Therapist: Behavioral therapist that has experience in ocd/bdd would be good choice. There are many mental health professionals that have specialized training in this area. Go to associations and provider lists that have this training.

MH Professional: By bdd I am assuming that you are referring to body dysmorphic disorder. A good place to start would be to seek out an evaluation with a qualified mental health professional. There are local societies of psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists. Also, you could seek a referral from your primary care physician.
