A member asked:

I've had persistent abdominal pain, mainly upper under my ribs, for 7 weeks. had cbc (bilirubin 1.8), urine analysis, ct scan, ultrasound all was negative. tested celiac, negative but high iga (433h). what else can it be? thanks?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

All laboratory and imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the slightly increased IgA level is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
