Can you get omicron twice?

Too soon to know, but I would not rule out repeat infection, especially in someone who is not vaccinated. Sub-type of Omicron strain are in circulation and could a different sub-strain could infect a person infected with a different one, previously. Get vaccinated.

There is no good scientific evidence to show that you can have a limit on the number of times you can be reinfected. Good Luck

You can get any of the COVID twice especially if you are immunocompromised and don't take precautions and mix with people you don't know. You can buildup antibodies, be vaccinated and boosted and still develop symptoms or no symptoms and test positive. You can catch the flu in winter more than once, a virus has no limits.
