I think you're the same person who has asked several questions about the different smell of hair you notice when it is wet. Probably nothing is wrong at all: I suspect all people would notice such differences if they made the effort. Different volatile compounds probably evaporate more prominently when wet or dry. This doesn't sound abnormal. If you remain concerned, maybe see a dermatologist.
