Change shampoo: If you do not like the smell of selsun, there are numerous other dandruff shampoos. Try head and shoulders, nizoral, (ketoconazole) dhs, t-sal. You fail to indicate if selsun cleared the flakes. If otc shampoo does not clear it, see a dermatologist.
