Seb Derm diet: Seborrhea dermatitis is often associated with redness, scaling, and crusting. Seborrhea also can affect other parts of the body, including the face, chest and upper back. Treatment options include selenium sulfide, pyrithione zinc or ketoconazole-containing shampoos, topical ketoconazole cream or terbinafine solution, topical sodium sulfacetamide and topical corticosteroids. Diet is unrelated.
