I recently experienced headaches for couple weeks due to more screen time and i felt better after 2weeks but even after i got better i still my head irritated and feeling mild headaches randomly when having small amount of screen time?

Since you have discovered the headache trigger and have self-treated with less "screen time", you are doing well. But etiology could be migraine, ocular, postural (neck), and it might behoove you to have your doctor get involved, if for future prevention, if needed.
