Having thoughts in my head, using screens, and reading cause severe headaches on the right side of my head . any idea(s) why this is happening/cures?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

One sided headache: A common cause of the one-sided headache is a migraine. That causes throbbing or a sense of pressure on one side, usually it lasts for hours or days, and it can be associated with light sensitivity or nausea. It is not caused by looking at a screen, but it nay be worse when doing this. People get dry eyes a lot with screens. Make sure you blink, look away at times, use eye drops too.
