Husband having headaches, dizzy, tinnitus, general unwell for 2+ years. 2 neurologists, 2 ents, 2 er, labs = nothing. miserable. next steps? ideas?

Headaches, dizzy: I think a MRI of the brain and brain stem may be needed if not done. I am not sure what "generally unwell" means, but if it has been there for two years much more details are needed. I can understand the need for help but I suggest an in-person evaluation would be much better.
