Can anti inflammatories cause bladder problems?

I think you asked this question before whether ibuprofen causes urinary retention. It is very unlikely but we do not say never in medicine because people react to medication differently and in rare case we call that reaction an idiosyncratic effect. Ibuprofen can cause acute renal failure which can make significant reduction in urine output, i.e. you void less, but it does not mean bladder problem
