Iron deficiency is a common cause of elevated platelet count. You may take oral iron supplement and repeat the test in 6 months or so. In isolation, your platelet count is not a concern.

Platelet count varies a lot and we are more concerned when the count is very high persistently. The upper normal of platelet count is 450K so your number is not too far off. Low Na and K with a healthy person not taking any medication should be repeated. However, thiazide diuretic is the most common cause if you are taking this med for hypertension.
