Priapism is a rare side effect of cialis. I am not sure you use L arginine for erectile dysfunction or for peripheral vascular insufficiency along with pentoxifylline. In theory, because L arginine can increase the blood flow to the penis so it can strengthen the effect of cialis or exacerbate the side effect. However, there is no reported interaction of these three medications that I can find.
