No,: Cialis is a vasodialator and is may be effected by other vasodialators like "nitrates" (nitroglycerin). Nitrous oxide is not a vasodialator and does not stay in your blood stream beyond its use. The half life of n202 is 5 minutes. Having an erection during dentistry might not be too comfortable or "compatable".
