Both arms, wrist, and fingers ache over the past month. also burning sensation random areas of my body. stomach also burns all the time. i have gerd, but its never done this before. what could be going on with me?

This could be long covid if you've had covid within the past month. The aches and pains are suspicious. Your physician will examine and advise you about diagnosis, testing, such as presence of covid antibodies,treatments.or referrals to a specialist such as a rheumatologist.
