Call your pharmacist and ask him/her about this change in the appearance of the solution and what it could indicate or whether it could cause harmful effects. I assume the medication was still sterile so that infection should not be a potential complication.

I would ask pharmacist and prescribing Dr. It might be denatured (made not active) by freezing and not work.
