I've been experiencing vertigo since i was a teen. never really had a problem with it until this year. i'm 33 now and experiencing vertigo almost daily. mainly when i'm anxious or upset in anyway. sometimes i can't get excited either?

There can be many causes like Lyme disease, recurrent herpes, ear issues or central brain issues .Consider follow- up w/ ENT for the ear -consider Epley's maneuver, Get tested for Lyme, herpes titers , comprehensive blood work , and consider MRI of the brain.
