Loss of cm differentiation on ultrasound for both kidneys, if my urine is negative for infection what are the other potential causes? i have dull ache in both aches and nausea. primary doctor is giving me more antibiotics?

Ultrasound is generally not a very reliable test. If your urine shows no infection you do not need antibiotics but to see a Urologist who would determine what if other tests are indicated.
