I had a hard brown lump on my butt check close to crack. i was going to the bathroom and hit with my nail. it started to bleed. it hurt to the touch but now it hurts . i put some antibiotic on it and covered it. what else should i do so embarrassing?

Nothing to be embarrassed about! Probably a skin abscess -- maybe characterized as a perianal abscess, depending on its distance from you anus. These are very common problems; any primary care doc or your gyn has cared for many such cases. Make an appointment ASAP to confirm the likely diagnosis: you may need an antibiotic prescription, and perhaps minor surgery for drainage. Good luck!
