I woke up and my right arm is cold. not just hand the whole arm pretty much. been about an hour since i woke up and the issue is still there?

likely a compression neuropathy from putting pressure on nerves to right arm while sleeping on it. Were you drunk when you went to bed? This impairs the ability to move when your body says it is time to change position. And you can damage some nerves for good even.

I agree with the previous 2 answers, but it's very important to check for true coldness &loss if pulse in the wrist which are signs of a blood clot somewhere in the arm. This would be an emergency and you would have to proceed to the hospital emergency room where a vascular surgeon would be called in &/or a clot buster given Clots occur in young people because of rib cage or vascular abnormalitie
