You go immediately to your Dr's office, urgent care, or ER. Do not drive yourself, have someone take you. All chest pain should be immediately evaluated. Treatment for indigestion different than treatment for heart attack, but you must be examined and diagnosed too determine cause of the pain so as to receive the proper treatment.
