Shined samsung s21 ultra led flashlight in toddlers eyes 6 times in row at 1 inch away from eye ball and about a minute each time while she slept to check pupils but only saw edges of pupil. do you think i damaged her eyes with too much led light ?

It is unlikely that you damaged the eyes. Is the child able to see as she did before. You could test the toddler's eye sight by talking to her about the things she is seeing. If you have any concern, it would be prudent to see an eye doctor.
