Your doctor should refer you to a neuro-ophthalmologist to diagnose what is wrong. Make sure diabetes has been ruled out, since it can cause this problem as a third nerve palsy. Best wishes.

Possibly: Traumatic. Could be fixed in dilation from old inflammatory disease. Not reacting to Pilocarpine rules out recent adies pupil but there are many other causes.
