Fixed dilated pupil: I am sending you a link to a website last lists 29 causes for this. Most have already been ruled out.En.Diagnosispro.Com/differential.../dilated-pupil-unilateral/34918-154.Ht... Your doctor should refer you to a neuro-ophthalmologist to diagnose what is wrong. Make sure diabetes has been ruled out, since it can cause this problem as a third nerve palsy. Best wishes.

Possibly: Traumatic. Could be fixed in dilation from old inflammatory disease. Not reacting to Pilocarpine rules out recent adies pupil but there are many other causes.
