Took my adhd meds before food instead of with food, 15 minutes later my forehead felt like it was heating up, i saw black spots (like when you stand up too quickly) and felt faint. it didn't go away until i laid down on the ground. what should i do?

There are many adhd meds so without knowing which one you are taking it is a shot in the dark to answer and I do not feel comfortable doing this. Best to check with your prescribing Dr. who knows you and all meds you are taking that may be unique to Denmark.
