A member asked:

Honest opinion - i have lupus and pots. i just got pregnant both are under control - after pregnancy is over will those conditions become worse?

Probably not: If lupus is well controlled at the start of a pregnancy it usually remains controlled throughout and after pregnancy. Stay on your Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) throughout your pregnancy. That med is your greatest safeguard. Your pots should also be fine postpartum.

Probably not: Probably not, but close monitoring is necessary to catch any changes at the earliest possible time.
