Right testicular ball hurts. the pain is sharp. the pee normal. theres no pain, no different color, no blood or discharge. it hurts when i sit down the most? its been a couple of weeks with this pain?

without exam it is hard to tell you exactly what's wrong. You might have epididymitis. Please see a Urologist . In the meantime wear a good support underwear, use a well protected heating pad for 15-20 mts 3xs a day and take some ibuprofen. Hope you feel better.
