If that's all, no: By stomache I assume you mean the general abdomen as opposed to the stomach in the mid upper abdomen. If the pain is crampy and subsides to a lower level, that is usually ok, if you can press on the area gently with only mild pain, appetite is decent, no fever, chills, burning urination, and no pregnancy then this is likely menstrual cramps. Abdomen pain can fool anyone, don't ignore changes
