I have deep vein thrombosis. i finished my antibiotics but am still taking blood thinners. my leg is still very swollen amd not improving . should i go back into the e?

Not sure what you had the antibiotics for, but the blood thinners are the treatment for DVT. The swelling is one of the long term complications of DVT and you need to keep your leg elevated. Follow up is always needed with your primary care doc.
